These are typically smaller jobs or short term projects that would typically be cost prohibitive or inefficient from the perspective of the consumer.
The aging population in Canada will put tremendous stress on resources and services that communities provide for aging adults. The overwhelming majority of seniors wish to continue to live in their own homes for as long as possible. Unfortunately many homes are not well designed to meet our changing needs as we age.
